Terence Jensen holds the distinguished position of Senior Member at our esteemed firm. Born in Stuttgart, Arkansas on February 7, 1956, Mr. Jensen pursued his higher education at Henderson State University, where he earned both a B.S. and a B.A. degree in 1978. Subsequently, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1981, further augmenting his legal acumen. During his time at university, he was a notable member of Phi Alpha Delta, showcasing his commitment to excellence in the legal field.

In 1981, Mr. Jensen was admitted to the Arkansas Bar, granting him the privilege to practice before the U.S. District Court in both the Western and Eastern Districts of Arkansas. Demonstrating his continued legal prowess, he subsequently received authorization to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit in 1986, and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1987.


Throughout his esteemed career, Mr. Jensen has made significant contributions to the legal community and his local community alike. For a commendable span of twenty-two years, he served as a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Benton, Arkansas. Additionally, he dedicated six years of his time as a valued member of the Board of Trustees of Saline Memorial Hospital. Furthermore, Mr. Jensen has shared his wealth of knowledge and expertise through the facilitation of numerous continuing legal education courses on behalf of various professional associations. He is an esteemed member of both the Saline County and Arkansas Bar Associations.


Mr. Jensen's areas of specialization encompass a wide array of legal domains, including Worker's Compensation, Civil Litigation, Insurance Defense, Social Security and Social Security Disability Representation, Personal Injury, Negligence and Accident Litigation (Plaintiff and Defense), Criminal Defense, Probate Law, and Domestic Relations (divorce, custody, guardianship, and adoptions).


Throughout his career, Mr. Jensen has been involved in several notable reported cases, including Tracy v. Dennis, 2012 Ark. 281, 411 S.W.3d 702; Pinto v. Sims, 2011 Ark. App. 609, 386 S.W.3d 531; King v. Peopleworks, 97 Ark. App. 105, 244 S.W.3d 729 (2006); Huffy Service First v. Ledbetter, 76 Ark. App. 533, 69 S.W.3d 449 (2002); Flowers v. Norman Oaks Constr. Co., 341 Ark. 474, 17 S.W.3d 472 (2000); Moran v. Bombadier Credit, Inc. 39 Ark. App. 122, 839 S.W.2d 538 (1992); and Arkansas Dept. of Human Svcs. v. Couch, 36 Ark. App. 241, 821 S.W.2d 67 (1991).


Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Jensen leads a fulfilling personal life. He is married and has one child, and actively participates in the United Methodist Church in Benton.
