Terence C. Jensen was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 1981 and is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. He was later admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit (1986) and the U.S. Supreme Court (1987).


Throughout his career, Mr. Jensen has made lasting contributions to both the legal field and his local community. He served 22 years on the City of Benton Planning and Zoning Commission and six years on the Board of Trustees for Saline Memorial Hospital. He has also presented continuing legal education courses for professional associations and remains active in the Saline County and Arkansas Bar Associations.


His areas of practice include workers’ compensation, civil litigation, insurance defense, Social Security Disability, personal injury, criminal defense, probate, and family law (including divorce, custody, guardianship, and adoption).


Mr. Jensen has argued numerous notable cases, including:

Flowers v. Norman Oaks, 341 Ark. 474


And several others that helped shape Arkansas case law.


Outside of his practice, Mr. Jensen is a dedicated husband, father, and active member of the United Methodist Church in Benton.
