Perry Y. Young, Esq., serves as the distinguished sole shareholder of Perry Y. Young, P.A., and holds an esteemed position as a valued Member of the Firm. Born on July 26, 1966, in Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Young's academic achievements include obtaining a B.A. magna cum laude with departmental honors from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY, in 1988. Subsequently, he earned his Juris Doctorate with honors from The George Washington University in 1993, further enhancing his legal expertise.

In 1994, Mr. Young was admitted to practice law by the New York State Bar and granted permission to practice before the U.S. District Court in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Subsequently, in 1997, he was admitted to the Arkansas Bar and the U.S. District Court in the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. He later gained admission to the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.


As an esteemed member of the legal community, Mr. Young actively participates in professional associations, including the Saline County, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and American Bar Associations. He held the prestigious role of President of the Saline County Bar Association from 1999 to 2000 and is recognized as a Barrister Emeritus in the esteemed William R. Overton Inn of Court since 2007. Additionally, Mr. Young has been elected as a Special Judge in both the Saline County Circuit and District Courts.


Mr. Young's legal practice encompasses various areas of expertise, with a primary focus on business contracts, corporate and real estate transactions, commercial and corporate litigation, real estate litigation, trust and estate planning, probate estates, and domestic relations. Prior to relocating to Arkansas, he gained valuable experience as a commercial and securities litigation attorney in New York for four years. Furthermore, Mr. Young is a certified law enforcement instructor and has taught classes for the Law School Aptitude Test. He has also conducted numerous continuing legal education classes, primarily focusing on business entities, real property, and debtor-creditor relations.


Beyond his legal endeavors, Mr. Young has contributed his leadership skills to various organizations. He served as a board member and President of the Saline County Homebuilders Association from 2002 to 2003 and represented the Firm in the Saline County Executive Association and Benton Chamber of Commerce. He has also served on the Boards of Ballet Arkansas and United Way of Saline County. Additionally, Mr. Young actively participates in The Gridiron satirical stage production and showcases his musical talent as a keyboardist in The Dizzy 7 band.

The Vision Group, et al., E.D. Ark., 4:07-CV-1151 (2009); Smith v. Malone, 83 Ark. App. 99, 117 S.W.3d 643 (2003); and Hawks Enterprises, Inc. v. Andrews, 75 Ark. App. 372, 57 S.W.3d 778 (2001).


Mr. Young is happily married to a Little Rock attorney and is the proud father of three children, including a set of twins.
