Perry Young – Senior Attorney
With over 30 years of legal experience, Perry Y. Young is a founding attorney at Jensen Young & Butler, PLLC, serving clients throughout Benton, Bryant, Little Rock, and surrounding areas. His practice focuses on business and corporate law, estate planning and probate, real estate transactions, and civil litigation. Mr. Young brings a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to both transactional matters and courtroom representation, backed by a strong academic foundation and a dedication to client success.

Perry Y. Young was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1994, practicing in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and later joined the Arkansas Bar in 1997, with admission to the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
He is an active member of the Saline County, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and American Bar Associations, and served as President of the Saline County Bar Association (1999–2000). Since 2007, he has held the title of Barrister Emeritus with the William R. Overton Inn of Court and has also served as a Special Judge in Saline County’s Circuit and District Courts.
Mr. Young focuses his practice on business and corporate law, real estate and commercial litigation, estate planning and probate, and domestic relations. Before relocating to Arkansas, he worked in commercial and securities litigation in New York and has since taught legal courses and CLEs on topics including business entities, real estate, and debtor-creditor relations. He is also a certified law enforcement instructor and LSAT prep teacher.
His community leadership includes serving as President of the Saline County Homebuilders Association, representing the firm in the Saline County Executive Association and Benton Chamber of Commerce, and serving on the boards of Ballet Arkansas and United Way of Saline County. He is also a performer in The Gridiron and a keyboardist for The Dizzy 7.
