After being admitted to the Arkansas Bar, Brian K. Butler began his legal career as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Saline County, where he gained extensive courtroom experience handling serious criminal cases — including homicide, sex crimes, drug offenses, domestic violence, and fraud. Following his service in the Prosecutor’s Office, Mr. Butler transitioned into private practice, where he has spent over a decade representing clients across Saline County and Central Arkansas, focusing on criminal defense, family law, and real estate litigation.
